Our Guaranteed Process - How We Bring Old Furniture Back To Life

  • Step 1: Sanitization

    GOODBYE BUGS, GERMS, MOLD, BACTERIA, VIRUSES, & MORE

    All of our items are treated in an EPA certified, environmentally friendly, commercial grade sanitizer that kills all pests, bacteria, viruses, and more; without damaging fabrics or leaving behind offensive odors. 

    It's fast-acting, fast-drying, and pet and people friendly. 

    So, you can rest easy knowing your new-to-you couch or mattress is safe for you & your family.

  • Step 2: Repairs

    WE ALL NEED A LITTLE FIXIN' EVERY NOW AND THEN

    Our expert team inspects and repairs every piece that comes through the Ken's Warehouse doors.

    Whether it's tightening a few loose screws (we've all got some of those); or repairing a broken frame; we make sure every piece is sound and sturdy, so you and your family can enjoy your new furniture for years to come.

  • Step 3: Deep Cleaning

    SCRUB-A-DUB-DUB BABY

    Ken's Blue Stuff + Elbow Grease = Magic 

    You might be wondering about 'Ken's Blue Stuff'... That's our catchy name for the proprietary cleaning solution we concoct right here in our warehouse. It's a blend of safe, effective ingredients that ensures your furniture looks and feels impeccably clean.

    A few good sprays of the blue stuff, plus some water and a brush gets each piece looking like new. 

    We spritz each couch, brush Ken's Blue Stuff in, and suck it back out. Then we repeat that process until it's spotless.

  • Step 4: Ready For A New Home

    SO LONG, FRIENDS!

    After we've killed the germs, fixed what's broken, and got it all cleaned back up... it's time to send our furniture on an exciting journey to a new home.

    Each piece of furniture, though only with us briefly, holds a special place in our hearts. It's a joy to watch each item be revitalized, kinda like nurturing a plant to full bloom. Saying goodbye isn’t easy - it feels a bit like sending a child off to college - but we take comfort in knowing they're off to bring joy in their new homes
