Returns & Exchanges Policy - 30 Day Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Ken’s Warehouse. Our 30 Day Guarantee allows you to return or exchange your regular priced item within 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup for any reason, even if the item is used or damaged.

  • Returns & Exchanges: You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery or pickup. The following conditions apply:

    • Exchanges: We will cover the cost of an exchange for an item up to 10% more than the original purchase price. If the item you are exchanging for is of lesser value than your original item, we will issue store credit for the difference.

    • No Cash Refunds: There are absolutely no cash refunds under this guarantee. All exchanges will be processed either for an item of equal or greater value, or store credit.

    • One Exchange Per Item Limit: We will exchange any or all items from your order once, but will not exchange the same item more than once under the guarantee. Each item is eligible for one exchange only.

    • Redelivery & Restocking Fees: If your return or exchange is covered under the 30 Day Guarantee, we will waive any redelivery or restocking fees typically associated with the return/exchange process.

  • Condition of Items: We will accept used or damaged items under the guarantee. Items must be returned in a condition that allows us to process the return or exchange. If the item is returned with excessive damage (i.e., misuse or neglect), we may assess the item's condition before accepting the return.

Final Sale Items – No Returns or Exchanges

  •  Markdowns, Clearance, and Final Sale Items Are Non-Returnable 

  • All clearance and final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please carefully inspect clearance items before purchasing.
